Products and pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and product availability may change without prior notice.
Product photographs are indicative. Natural items such as plants, seeds and cocopeat may vary slightly in appearance, size and colour.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received and verified. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
Payments are collected through Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to the payment gateway's own terms.
Webinars and courses
Webinar seats are for personal use only. Recording, redistributing or reselling session content, course material or downloads is not permitted.
Session timings may be rescheduled in rare circumstances; registered participants will be informed in advance.
Results disclaimer
Gardening outcomes depend on climate, sunlight, water quality, care and other local factors. We share methods and guidance in good faith but do not guarantee specific yields or results.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
